Can you list the skills that you need for your role?

A while ago, my co-founder asked me to list the most relevant skills (behavioral, functional and technical) that a 1) CEO should have, 2) in a tech business, 3) in the HR space, 4) with 5 -10 years' experience. He was referring to me, and really driving home a point. I couldn't list more than 10 core skills that I use... and we're in the skills game (I also rely on my calculator and Excel for maths :-)). I had to use our Skills Engine to generate the rest of the list. And when I went through the list, it seemed obvious. So my question is: Can you list the skills that are relevant to you in your role and what about the skills required for any other people working with you?

I know the skills I need for my role, but I’m not sure about others.
